- In keeping with State Legislation relating to Parish volunteers and child protection there is a need to review and update Parish & Diocesan records. Therefore parishioners who have come into the parish rosters over recent years and haven't signed the relevant declaration form need to do so within the next 3 weeks. The forms are available in the Sacristy and Parish Officew.

- CATECHISTS' INFORMATION -
- Level 2 course August 25 from 9.30am to 2.00pm in the Parish Centre. It has been proposed that we have an evaluation meeting of new curric ulum from 2.30pm - 3.30pm and a lesson planning workshop from 3.30pm - 4.30pm. Please advise Lyn if you will be attending the workshops.
- Retreat day - Gerringong September 29 at 9.30am
- Child Protections - October 20, 9.30am to 12 noon at Nowra Parish Centre. Everyone must update every 3 years.

- FIRST HOLY COMMUNION MEETING
- The 2nd Parent meeting for Vincentia will be held in the hall at Holy Spirit Church, Vincentia on Friday 29 August at 7.30pm.

- THE ANNUAL MASS & FESTIVAL FOR MIGRANT & REFUGEE SUNDAY will be held on Sunday 31 August at the Cathedral, celebrated by Bishop Peter at 2.00pm followed by a concert, cultyural displays and food sampling. All are welcome. Enquiries Kim 4235 0985.

- THE FEAST OF ST MICHAEL - Our Parish Patron
- THE PARISH DINNER in conjunction with the Feast will be held this year at Worrigee House on Saturday 27 September at 7.15pm for 7.30pm. Live dinner music will be provided and Daniel Hopper, the WYD Coordinator will be the guest speaker Daniel Hopper - WYD - after the event.
- Cost of tickets will be $30 (adult) 3 course meal and $10 (child) 2 course child's meal. There will be a vegetarian meal available - please indicate on your ticket. If you any particular dietary neeeds please phone John Bennett of Worrigee House and discuss these with him.
- Tables may be booked - a maximum of 10 per table - by ringing Robbie at the Parish Office (you don't have to book 10 - we can combine tables). Names of those sitting on your table must be given to Robbie. There is an option on the ticket to indicate your seating preference. All other parishioners will be allocated seating prior to the evening - you will be able to check your table number by ringing Robie the week prior to the 27 and it will be displayed at Worrigee House on the night.
- Transport will be available for those who need it by 'car pooling' with parishioners. Please indicate on your ticket stub. We are also asking those who have space in their vehicle to volunteer to take those you don't have transport (also on the ticket stub).
- Tickets are on sale this weekend at all Mass Centres and at the Parish Office. Tickets must be paid for at time of booking.
- Get in early to avoid disappointment.
