Catechist Corner: Welcome back to another busy and we hope fruitful year. Our first meeting for the year will be Monday 6 February, 9.30-11.00am at St Michael's. Children's Liturgy of the Word: All children in Kindergarten to Year 3, and younger children accompanied by an adult, are invited to join the children's Liturgy of the Word starting Sunday 12 February at 9.30am Mass at St Michael's, then every second week during term time. Huskisson Triathlon Sunday 19 February, Volunteers wanted. As part of or Hall Fundraising effort the Bay & Basin Community need 100 volunteers for our aid stations during the triathlon. Interested in Adult Faith Education? Wollongong Diocese offers a number of audited & non-audited pathways for adult faith including Certificate 111 Theology (Beginning Theology) and Foundations (follow-up to Beginning Theology). These courses are designed for adults who have no previous experience of formal theological studies; are seeking a systematic introduction to theology in the Catholic tradition and seek formal (nationally recognised) qualifications in theology. They are intended to strengthen the theological foundations for life and ministry. You don't have to be engaged in active ministry to enrol. Both day and evening options are available.
